FIFA World Cup Tickets Back On Sale With Just 200,000 Left

FIFA has announced that a total of 1.8 million tickets have not been sold for the World Cup, with a further 1.2 million being available for sponsors and those who back Qatar’s biggest event in years. Now for those who are wishing to get their hands on a ticket, it has been reported that only 200,000 remain for the upcoming football event, with the remaining day to buy is on Tuesday next week.

With the sale set to happen next week, many football fans will try their best to get their hands on tickets that will be bought on a first-come-first-served basis. While many wish they could get their hands on tickets, some have already given up due to prices and the physical demand. Man will turn to place a bet on football live instead, as with in-play betting services available from the best bookmakers online, fans can watch every single moment as, and when it happens.

The sales of the World Cup tickets went live in multiple countries through phases. With the first two being completed and sold out, this really will be the only chance now for fans to get their hands on something. Applicants who land access to a ticket must pay immediately, there, and then, or lose the chance of actually having a chance to go to the tournament in person. With many organizations and sponsors landing tickets of their own for distribution, many corporations are rewarding staff with the unique chance of being able to attend the World Cup.

The first phase of sales saw 800,000 tickets being sold, and then 1 million being snapped up in the second window. It is believed that the second window sees the fastest number of tickets sold ever for the World Cup. The demand has never been so high, and because of the World Cup, many applications were coming from dominating nations such as Argentina, Brazil, England, France, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United States.

While many England fans are believed to have missed out due to the competition from other football fanatical locations, the demand for tickets is supposed to be really high, for popular matches like Argentina v Mexico, Argentina v Saudi Arabia, England v United States and Poland v Argentina. FIFA released all this information in an official statement just yesterday.

It is believed that fans can purchase as many as 6 tickets per match, with 60 in total for the entire tournament. So, with these numbers in mind, it is understandable as to why ticket sales were at such high numbers across just a smaller set of days. With the opportunity to attend more than one game, tickets will go much more quickly, and fans will try to land as many as they can in one purchase, so they don't miss out.

For fans wanting to know when they can grab the last chance for tickets, next Tuesday at 10 am UK time, the tickets will be going on sale via the official website of FIFA. Once the tickets are sold out, there will be no more possibilities to land your hands on the gold of the football world at the moment. Nevertheless, should you be willing to try, you may be of the lucky few to get their hands on the last 200,000 tickets. Good luck!
