Team Streaks on BagaBet: Find Who Is On a Run, Before the Match

Every match has a story behind the numbers, and often that story is a run: a team that hasn't won in 28 games, or a player who has won 11 in a row. We've added a streaks section to BagaBet to make those runs easy to find, and to connect them to our predictions.

The Streaks section

The streaks page lists teams currently on an active run, based on their most recent matches in the current season. Only streaks of at least five matches are shown, so you see runs that matter, not noise.

Streak types

  • Results: wins, losses, draws, unbeaten, winless
  • Goals: over 2.5, under 2.5, both teams to score (yes/no), clean sheets
  • Half-time draws

Filters

Choose a league, a streak type, or tick Top leagues only, then hit Search. For example, "Winless streaks in the top leagues" is two clicks away. Streaks are sorted from longest to shortest, so the most extreme runs come first.

Each type also has its own page (for example, Winless streaks), and each league has its own streaks page, which are good bookmarks if you follow one competition.

For football rows, hover over the number in the Streak column to see when the run started and when it was last extended.

Tennis

Tennis has its own streaks page for wins and losses. Tennis doesn't have leagues in the football sense, so the table lists players, with their country flag, and the length of their run.

Streaks in the predictions

A streak is most useful next to the match it affects. On the prediction page, the Streaks tab shows the active streaks of both teams (or players), so you can compare them without leaving the page: who is winning, who is conceding, and whether the match is likely to have goals at both ends.

Use it as context for the analysis in the prediction, next to form, head-to-head, and odds, not as a replacement for them.

Upcoming matches with streaks

The newest addition sits on the streaks page: Upcoming matches with streaks. It lists upcoming matches that have a BagaBet prediction and where at least one of the teams is on a streak, with the streak shown next to the team name. A click takes you to the prediction.

The widget follows your filters. If you filter by a league or streak type, it only shows upcoming matches that fit.

How to use streaks sensibly

  • A long streak is a reason to look closer, not a tip. A team that hasn't won in 15 games may be about to turn it around, or may have deeper problems. Check injuries, schedule and motivation.
  • Compare both sides. A winless team playing an unbeaten one tells a different story than a winless team playing another winless team.
  • Mind the context. A clean-sheet streak against weak attacks says less than the same streak against strong ones.

Streaks update regularly, so check back before each matchday.
